PRE-PRODUCTION QUALITY CONTROL

Excellent Raw Materials for a Successful Brand

We have a strict inspection process for our suppliers' raw materials to ensure that the final product meets our company’s and client's expectations. In addition to requiring our suppliers to provide Material Safety Data Sheets, we also thoroughly analyze the materials to verify their compliance with our quality standards. By adhering to these strict standards, we can guarantee the safety and quality of our products and maintain the trust of our clients.

In-house Sampling

We have a quality control team that creates trial parts from the raw materials in a given amount of time to ensure the production part's dimensions are within specification.

Trial Component Examination

When placing large orders, we must ensure that our materials are of the highest quality. In light of this, the QC team will repeat their inspection of the sanitary products from the quality checklist.

ON-GOING PRODUCTION QUALITY CONTROL

Our quality management system governs the entire production process. The Noda factory is ISO13485:2016 and SGS verified. Our professional QC team closely monitors everything from the production process to conducting sampling tests and sorting out any defective products. To ensure that you receive safe, high-quality goods, we require that they adhere to the standards set by governments around the world.

PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION

Noda is confident in the quality of the sanitary products we offer because of the systematic way they are manufactured. Client inspection is welcome to guarantee that the products are of client standard.

Outside Case Cartons

The standard layer thickness for outside case cartons can range from one corrugated thickness to as many as five.
We produce the box with all necessary markings and safety standards, and then drop it from 1.2 meters to check for any signs of damage or deformation on the outside.
Passing this test is crucial because outer cartons protect products from damage during transit.

Inner Case Carton

Inner containers are opened to check for damage or exposure to sunlight.
We set up the corresponding internal box records.

Packaging

We carefully check the packaging to ensure that it is in good condition. This includes verifying that the package size and product requirements are correct, as well as verifying that the company information is accurate.

We provide custom solutions to all our customers and offer free samples that you can take advantage of.
